Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping: (excluding Puerto Rico/Alaska/Hawaii and APO)
Shipping for orders over $100 is free! Depending on the size of the item, we may use USPS Priority mail, UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post or Fedex. Please allow 4 business days for us to process and ship your order. This processing time does not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer. When a product you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

International Shipping:
At this time we are only shipping within the Continental United States through this website. Customers outside the United States should contact customer service directly (877-BABY-124 or info@babyonthegostore.com) for shipping prices before placing an order. All International orders that are placed on the website without contacting customer service will unfortunately have to be canceled. 

Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, but mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. When you order an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.

We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notification. Product photos are representative only and product appearance and/or packaging may vary. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product changes or discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors.

Return Policy

To return an item for a full refund (less shipping costs) to your credit card, items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt (in original packaging). Please email us at orders@babyonthegostore.com and we will provide you with a return form and return shipping address. Please include provided return form and original invoice inside box. We will also gladly issue a store credit or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in original packaging. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. We encourage you to return all items using insured mail to protect for loss or damage. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Gifts that are to be returned will be done so for store credit, which is valid for one year online.  Gift returns must be accompanied by original packing slip.

In the unlikely event that you receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately so we can rectify the situation with as little hassle as possible and with no cost to you.

Sale items are not returnable.

Baby On The Go Privacy Policy

We hate spam just as much as you do. On a very rare occasion we may send out an email to our customers to notify them of specials, sales or promotions. We will NEVER sell your contact information to anyone! The security of your payment details and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we never see, nor do we retain, any credit card information and we use a SSL connection (little locked lock in the browser) with all transactions and personal forms. All credit card payments are encrypted and processed through our secure payment gateway and are used only for the transaction that you authorize. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail are used only for communications with us and to ship your order.
